3M Academy - empowering healthcare professionals with quality education

The 3M Academy invests in the education and development of healthcare professionals, both clinically and professionally, increasing confidence and motivation of individuals and teams, and ultimately enhancing patient care.

As part of the 3M Academy we offer these exclusive benefits to aid the professional development of 250 Academy members per year:

"Influencing Through Personal Power" workshop
Hosted by expert training consultant Phil Yates in a location onsite or nearby

E-learning modules covering the following modules:

• Communciating effectively with others
• Developing rapport with others
• Designing a successful presentation
• Delivering a professional and impactful presentation

CPD hours are available for all of these activities.

Workshops will take place in the following locations, please note the deadline to apply for each workshop:

Friday 12th April 2013 - deadline to apply 31st March 2013 Clinical Education Centre, Glenfield Hospital, Leicester 9.00 - 12.00 3M Health Care, Loughborough 14.30 - 17.30

Wednesday 26th June 2013 - deadline to apply 31st May 2013 Manchester (location tbc) Liverpool (location tbc)

September 2013 - deadline to apply 31st August 2013 Maidstone/Kent Region (location tbc) London (location tbc)
